  • Rules – This tab contains the private and shared normalization, merge, indication, and brief record level rules that you or others created.
  • Network Zone icon - indicates that the record exists in the Network Zone (for institutions working with a Network Zone).
  • Suppressed icon - indicates that the record has been suppressed from external discovery systems, including Primo.
  • Local Repository icon - indicates that the record exists in the local repository.
  • Records are grouped according to type such as MARC 21 bibliographic, MARC 21 holdings, LC subject, LC name, NLM MeSH, Dublin Core, DCAP, MODS, and ETD. The information presented depends on the type of resource being edited.
